Why should you take this step?
Setting clear goas upfront, helps you manage your project efficiently.
Set SMART Goals
Formulate specific, measurable and time-bound goals to improve your data governance. Find an answer to the following key questions:
- What exactly do I want to achieve?
- How do I measure success?
- By when should the goal be achieved?
Here’s an easy example for you to follow:
